Technology and Production

PLiSATi‘s broad product portfolio is based on the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as injection blow moulding, injection moulding, micro injection moulding and more.

The actual production is carried out exclusively by means of injection moulds, so-called hot runners, up to a clamp force of 3500 kN. This means that these are waste-free technologies that do not result in any process waste and are therefore very eco-friendly. The products are manufactured in various colour variations in clean rooms using machines and equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers.

We use PP, PETG, PE-HD, PE-LD, PA6 and other materials for our production. A substantial part of PLiSATi’s production uses polypropylene, which is characterised by high strength, high gloss and smooth surface. Thanks to these properties, the bottles and containers have a very aesthetic design and are easy to label. A very important property highly valued by our clients is their high resistance to air moisture penetration.

Modern and high-quality caps with a snap-on or screw closure system are manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) by injection moulding. According to the requirements of our clients, the caps can also have seal liners with aluminium film, which is provided with a varnish to seal the seal liner to the bottle using an induction cap sealer in order to ensure the primary tightness of the packaged product. The caps also include a tamper-evident band to ensure the originality of the packaged product.
