Acquisition of New Technology

Thanks to the implementation of the project entitled Acquisition of New Technology, PLiSATi, s.r.o. expanded and upgraded its machinery. Through the project, a new cooling unit, tempering equipment, induction cap sealer and inkjet printer were purchased. The cooling unit will be located in a part of the production hall and the other components of the acquired assets will be located in a modernized section called the clean room workplace.

The project was implemented in order to increase the current productivity by increasing the performance of the newly acquired machines, complete the implementation of the new production programme, acquire new customers, and increase the efficiency and quality of work.

The project was implemented within the territorial scope of Místní akční skupina Bohumínsko, z.s., which is the Local Action Group operating in the territory of seven towns and villages, namely Bohumín, Dolní Lutyně, Dětmarovice, Doubrava, Rychvald, Petřvald and Petrovice u Karviné.

LAG Bohumínsko supports activities developing rural regions through intensive support of agricultural and non-agricultural activities of local residents and entrepreneurs. This project was supported through Programme 19.2.1 – Support for the Implementation of Community-Led Local Development Operations, Fiche 2: Support for Investment in the Establishment or Development of Non-Agricultural Activities.

The aim of the project was to upgrade the equipment of PLiSATi s.r.o. through the acquisition of new technology, namely an automatic cap feeder and a screw compressor designed for permanent operation with fully automatic control, as well as to upgrade the visual workplace and acquire a new control system, SW for the new control system and a new touch screen with new SW to replace PC visualisation. Furthermore, a new commercial flatbed vehicle of the N1 category was purchased. The company expects that the implementation of the project will lead to an increase in the current productivity due to an increase in the performance of the newly acquired machines, which will ultimately lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company.

Pořízení nových technologií

The aim of the project was to upgrade the equipment of PLiSATi s.r.o. through the acquisition of new technology, namely an injection blow moulding machine, including 75, 100 and 200 ml moulds. The acquisition of this machine increased labour productivity, the efficiency of the production process in the form of further increase in the quality of manufactured products and introduced a new production programme, which will ultimately lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company.
